Time:
1a. Students must be in their houses by 8:00pm every night.
1b. 5th years and up may stay out till 9:30pm.
Classes:
1. Classes must be taken by each student.
2. Students must have a minimum of three classes but no more than five.
3. Students must be on time to class. If late it is the instructor's choice on a fitting punishment.
-Cussing in front of an instructor is forbidden unless otherwise said by a teacher.
Horses:
Number of Horses:
Each member (both instructor and student) are allowed to have two horses. Note do not make posts at the Holding Barn saying that you want two horses. I will not allow this. You are allowed one horse from the Holding Barn, that's it. You may get another horse by creating one or getting a horse at a sale that comes around every once and a while.
Horse Basics:
Your horse must be taken care of on a daily basis (RP days). This includes grooming, exercising, cleaning stalls and feeding your horse. If your character is ill or something, you can ask another student to do this for you. That may only happen if your character is ill not just lazy. A student that helps another student may receive house points for this deed but don’t expect it all the time.
Selecting a horse:
Each member has to have a horse, after all this is a equestrian school. To get a horse look at the horse page under Available horses, once you have selected the horse you want go to the Holding Barn board and role play your character making the selection. If you need an example of what I mean look at the other threads there or look at the old posts board. Simple as that. If by chance that you do not find a horse that you like or need a certain horse because of your character's plot/background just message me and tell me that. You must create your own horse then with all the needed information. Please make sure that your horse's description is a paragraph and that you send me a picture url for your horse's picture. If you do not I will ask you to redo your horse's information before I add your horse. To see what all information is needed look at the Rules page at the requirements for the instructor's horses or just look at one of the premade horses that is on the site. However, if you do have any questions message an admin.
Pets:
Students are allowed to have a pet or two. Please don't bring two massive Great Danes or something like that. Remember you (except those in Purus) have to share a room with another student so be considerate. If you have a pet please fill out all forms in your profile so everyone knows about your pet.
Competitions:
1. Your horse must be healthy and vet checked before entering a competition.
2. Your horse must be trained in the events in which you want to enter.
3. Remember NO power playing!

House Points- House points, just like in Harry Potter, can be taken away and rewarded by instructors.
Inter-house Competition- This would be the equestrian teams that are in each house. Yes, I know that there are six events in each house to win the house cup your team must win four or more of the events out of the six. You must go up against each house to win the house cup. Your team must go undefeated to win the house cup. If two teams some how manage that then that will be addressed when that arises.
